Advanced Massage and CranioSacral Therapy

Erinn's specialty is combining her wide range of skills in each session, from deep tissue massage to Somato Emotional Release, from helping you regain or maintain a sense of ease and connection with your body, to releasing patterns that aren't useful and letting your body find new ones that are. Her focus is improving how your nervous system and soft tissue impact your movement, emotions and quality of life.

Her specialties are Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release,
CranioSacral Therapy, Sports Massage and energetic bodywork called Reiki, but she also has training in many other modalities, including massage for the cancer patient/survivor. She will soon be one of only three people in the City of San Diego Techniques Certified in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. She believes strongly in the synchronicity of working with other healthcare providers to maximize your well-being.

She is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, the highest level of certification in California, and has practiced therapeutic massage full-time since graduating from The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2000. Upledger CranioSacral Therapy has been a significant part of her practice since 2001.

On a more personal note, Erinn is finishing her undergraduate degree, and is an avid Bikram (Hot) Yoga practitioner.
